Kim Brogli began her real estate career in 1995 at the grand opening of the Bob Parks Realty Brentwood office, specializing in new construction.  However, she took a break from real estate and spent six years in pharmaceutical sales selling several of the world's most prescribed cardiovascular medicines.  It was in this environment that Kim honed her deliberate, numbers-driven skills in sales and marketing.  In 2004 Kim returned to her first love of real estate and has since enjoyed being a top producer at Bob Parks.  Kim's knowledge and love of real estate came from her father, Bill Hunter of Bill Hunter Construction, who was a builder and developer in Murfreesboro for several years and selected as one of Middle Tennessee only Southern Living builders.  His business model and commitment to excellence continues to influence Kim in her business today.

Building on her background in pharmaceutical sales, Kim takes a very analytical approach to the market.  Selling or buying a home should never follow the "best guess" model some realtors employ.   Kim believes that great service is essential in this competitive market understanding that today's consumer has many choices.  "I believe in involving the customer and working together as a team to achieving our common goal.  I communicate with my customers weekly so you'll never have to wonder what I'm doing to sell your home."

Kim is a graduate of Brentwood Academy in Brentwood, TN and The University of Alabama where she earned a degree in French and International Business.  Kim's husband, Jim, is a veterinarian and owner of Brogli, Lane, Weaver and Alexander Animal Hospital.  They have twin boys and 1 dog.  They enjoy traveling, golf, reading and spending time with friends.  They attend Fellowship Bible Church in Murfreesboro.  Kim is also a member of the Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce, Murfreesboro Charity Circle as well as a board member for the American Heart Association.  Finally and most importantly, Kim has lived in Murfreesboro her whole life and understands and loves this community.
